Cork Triathlon- Escape from Spike Island

Olympic competitors will be ferried to spike island for the start, an 1500 meter swim into centre Cobh. Followed by two 20km laps of the Great island
Finishing with a 10km run along the water front in Cobh harbour.

Sprint will have a 750 meter swim, start/ finish in Cobh harbour. single loop of the great island followed by a 5 km run on the water front.
