Hardman Iron Distance Triathlon

Swim in the renowned & picturesque Lakes of Killarney, a distance of 3.8Km around Lough Leane. Followed by The 180Km cycle takes participants around the famous Ring of Kerry. There are two major climbs to test the legs before arriving back into Killarney.
The run takes the participants through the National Park, past the iconic Ross Castle and Dinis Cottage. The route is mainly flat, with a few rolling sections.
